How Does Billing Work?

Price: Pro is $5/month.

Payment: Billing is handled by Paddle. You can pay with a credit card or PayPal.

API operations

Pro includes 100,000 API operations per month. Operations are counted as follows:

Creating a mailbox = 1 op
Receiving a new email = 1 op
A successful webhook delivery = 1 op
Fetching emails, downloading attachments, managing domains/tokens/webhooks, and all delete operations = free (do not count toward your quota)

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your Pro dashboard. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription — no questions asked. Contact service@mail.td or Paddle directly.

Downgrade

When you downgrade to Free, custom domains and webhooks are disabled. Your emails are retained per Free plan rules (up to 1 day). If you do not resubscribe within 90 days, all mailboxes under the Pro account are permanently deleted.

Tax handling depends on your billing country — Paddle calculates VAT/sales tax at checkout based on your location, on top of the $5 base price.
