Step-by-step guide to creating a temp mail address and reading your emails on Mail.td.
Step 1: Create your address
Go to mail.td and click Get Email Address. You can:
- Generate a random address instantly
- Choose a custom username (e.g.
yourname@mail.td)
- Set a password to access your inbox later
Step 2: Copy your address
Once your inbox is ready, your email address appears at the top. Copy it and use it wherever you need — signup forms, trials, downloads, or any service asking for an email.
Step 3: Wait for your email
Emails arrive in real time. Most arrive within a few seconds. If you're waiting on a confirmation email or verification link, it will appear in your inbox automatically.
Step 4: Come back anytime
All emails are kept for 7 days. Log back in from any device using your email address and password — your emails will still be there.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pick my own username?
Yes. On the homepage, choose a custom local part instead of the random one — for example, `myname@mail.td`. Availability is checked at creation time.
What if my email doesn't arrive?
Most messages arrive within seconds. If yours hasn't appeared in a few minutes, double-check the address you entered during signup, and remember some senders queue verification email for delayed delivery (30+ minutes).
Can I keep the same address long-term?
If you set a password, the mailbox stays usable as long as you log in at least once every 3 months. Skip 3 months in a row and the mailbox is deleted.
Does the inbox render HTML emails?
Yes — HTML email is rendered by default, with a plain-text fallback when no HTML version is provided.
Can I use temp mail on mobile?
Yes — the inbox UI works on mobile browsers without an app. With a password set, you can switch between desktop and mobile and the inbox follows you.
